PAYMENT OPTIONS

We at Dr. Simon's Office are proud to be a part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive dental care services. In order to assist you with your health care investment, we are providing the following payment options:

We will gladly process your insurance claim, estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance is due at the time of treatment and may be paid by any one of the options listed below. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company; therefore, the amount due our office is subject to change.

Payment for today's visit and your future visits are due at the time of treatment. We are sensitive to the fact that some people may not be able to pay cash at the time of treatment.; therefore, we offer an extended monthly payment plan, through CareCredit, for your convenience. If a balance should remain on your account for more than 3 months for any reason, your account could be assessed 18% interest monthly AND is subject to collection agency reporting.
1. Cash - Should you choose to pay for your visit in full with CASH (ACTUAL BILLS), YOU COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A 5% DISCOUNT.

2. Personal checks are also accepted. We continue to accept personal checks with the understanding by the paying party that we will contact your bank once the check is written in order to verify fund availability.

3. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

4. CareCredit - offers a separate line of credit to cover your entire family's dental care needs. A credit line can be established and approval usually takes less than 10 minutes.
Our practice does offer an interest free option for a 6-month period through CareCredit.  We also offer extended payment plans through CareCredit which will involve interest being applied to your balance. (*with approved credit*)                               

There is no annual or membership fee.
We will be happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangements for your budget.
